Yes, to reserve your surgery date tentatively or permanently, there is a $250 usd deposit that comes off the total of the surgery package cost.
All Medical Fees, Hospital Fees, Hotel Fees, Ground Transportation Fees Private Recovery Home Fees for 5 days with All Your Meals Are Included, the only out of pocket fees, would be for girdles and take home medications for recovery after surgery.
The stay is 8 days and 7 nights, You fly in a day before surgery and stay at the Hotel, Next day is Pre Ops and Surgery, Day 3 is Testing and Evaluation and Release to the Recovery Home, Day 4 to 8 is relaxing at the Recovery Home, You Fly Home the Late Afternoon of Day 8.
Please Fly in After 11am but No later than 6pm and Please Fly back home after 2pm but No later than 6pm, Additional Transportation Fees Apply for Arrivals and Departure Not Within those Time Frames.
